Erna Aridzanyan: Founder

Ms. Aridzanyan received her B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles in Literature and her M.A. from California State University, Northridge, in Educational Psychology with specialization in “Development, Learning, and Instruction.” For five years, Ms. Aridzanyan has taught English at Los Angeles Valley College, Learning Center and later became employed at UCLA National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, & Student Testing where she was conducting educational research for Pre K-12 schools and afterschool programs to improve the quality of education and learning across the U.S.

Since 2007, Ms. Aridzanyan is the Research Director at the UCLA Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research. She serves on the Advisory Committee for Michael D. Eisner Graduate School of Education, California State University, Northridge since 2008.

Syuzanna Khudoyan: Director

Syuzanna Khudoyan has more than 33 years of teaching experience. She is a certified Early Childhood Educator and Administrator since 2005 and has received her B.A. in Education/Pedagogy in 1982 from Pedagogical Institute of Armenia. Ms. Khudoyan taught in Public Armenian School #78 for 20 years and was a lead preschool teacher in Glendale for several years.

Ms. Khudoyan develops and implements preschool curriculum for ages 2-5, methodologies and training guidelines for pre-K teachers, and evaluation tactics for assessing children’s learning progress. Ms. Khudoyan has come a long way of successfully applying theory into teaching practice and has received numerous recognitions and appreciation for her excellent work both from parents and school officials.
